Collection - Academy of Celebrancy Australia® Australia will collect only the information necessary for one or more of its functions. The individual will be told the purposes for which the information is collected.
Use and disclosure - Personal information will not be used or disclosed for a secondary purpose unless the individual has consented or a prescribed exception applies.

To use some of our services users are require to register as Members. The information required includes email address, name and other demographic data.

Use of Information

Our primary goal in collecting user information is to enhance your experience on our Web site. We achieve this goal by using the information that you provide to tailor our features and site to the needs of our users.

Several of our services require a user to provide an email address. The registered email address is used for this purpose. To maintain contact with our users we will periodically send electronic newsletters which contain content we believe would be of interest to our members.

Most of our email based services to our members are opt-in. Members always have the ability to suspend all email from the Academy of Celebrancy Australia® site.

At times we may also send Advertising material originating from Academy of Celebrancy Australia® to our members.

Academy of Celebrancy Australia® will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Academy of Celebrancy Australia® may also disclose information about our users when we believe, in good faith, that the disclosure is required by law.
